Real, editable files: PowerPoint decks where every person is a plain shape you can retitle and move, Visio drawings with the same boxes as native shapes, and a CSV with the columns an org chart tool can read. The sample names are placeholders; type over them.
PowerPoint if the chart is headed for a deck; the same file opens in Google Slides through File, then Open. Visio if you want to keep diagramming. The CSV if you would rather list people in a spreadsheet and have the chart drawn for you.
