Questions people actually ask
Anyone on your chart, whether a directory sent them or somebody added them by hand. Contractors count from the moment somebody adds them. People you remove stop counting the same day. Shared mailboxes, rooms, and service accounts your directory sends never count.
We tell you, and you have 30 days to move up or adjust who is on your chart. The chart keeps working, but will not sync or add people over your limit.
The peak number of people on your chart over the previous 30 days, counted when your directory syncs and when somebody adds or removes a person. One busy hiring week will not move you a plan on its own.
You keep what you have at no cost for 12 months from the day billing starts, then move onto the plan that fits. We do not bill for anything you used while it was free.
