You pay by headcount, not by seat.
Everyone in your company is included on every plan, right down to the free one, and every plan gets the whole product.
Small teams, and anyone who wants to see the whole thing working before they pay.

Questions people actually ask
Anyone active in the directory you sync. People who have left stop counting on the next sync. Contractors count if they are in your directory, and shared mailboxes, rooms, and service accounts never do.
We tell you, and you have 30 days to move up or shed. The chart keeps working the whole time. Locking a company out of the tool it uses to find each other over a billing threshold is not something we are willing to do.
The peak number of active synced people over the previous 30 days, checked when your directory syncs. One busy hiring week will not move you a plan on its own.
Because it only lists what you can use today. We would rather you paid for the size of your directory and got everything we have built than paid for a checklist with half of it greyed out.
You keep what you have at no cost for 12 months from the day billing starts, then move onto the plan that fits. We do not bill for anything you used while it was free.
