Finding people
The search bar understands more than names — and every profile is one click (or one shared link) away.
The search bar
The bar at the top searches names, job titles, departments, locations, emails, and skills all at once — “design”, “Portland”, or “python” are all fine queries. Results drop down as you type; use ↑/↓ and Enter to open one, or Escape to clear. More than eight matches? See all in People takes you to the full filtered list.
Tip: Keep typing the same search? Hit the Save button that appears in the bar — the search lands in Your space on Home as a one-click filter.
The People page
People is the whole roster, filtered live by whatever's in the search bar. Each row has the essentials — title, department, email — plus a star to favorite someone. Starred people sit at the top of Your space on Home.
Profiles
Click anyone, anywhere — a search result, a chart node, a milestone card — and their profile opens: contact info with their current local time, bio, skills, interests, and work history, plus their place in the org. Their manager and direct reports are right there and clickable, so you can walk the org person by person without leaving the modal.
Profiles also show working relationships beyond the reporting line — mentors, dotted lines, and whatever else your workspace tracks — phrased from that person's side.
Sharing a person
Every profile is linkable: use the copy link button in the profile, or just copy the address bar — the open profile rides along in the URL. Anyone in your workspace who follows the link lands directly on that person.
